A local food processing and export enterprise in Pakistan enjoys a high reputation in the global market because of its well-known Basmati rice. At present, the main demand faced by the company is concentrated in the steaming and drying process of rice production. Precise control of temperature and pressure is crucial to ensure the excellent taste and aroma of rice during the two processes. In addition, the company needs a reliable energy solution to support its massive production scale to maintain production continuity and efficiency. The customer ultimately decided to purchase the SZW series biomass  reciprocating boiler produced by zhongde Boiler as the heat source equipment for its rice production line after conducting multiple market research. The rice husks produced during the rice production process serve as boiler fuel, which can not only save production costs for the enterprise but also be very environmentally friendly and efficient.

This 20 ton SZW series biomass steam boiler was designed by zhongde Boiler based on the demand of the food industry for boilers. It specially adopts a rational grate layer combustion method to generate ash, reasonable air distribution, ensure fuel burnout, improve fuel combustion efficiency, and reduce enterprise cost investment. The boiler adopts a reciprocating grate, which is divided into upper furnace body and lower combustion equipment. The upper body of an industrial boiler consists of upper and lower drums. The inner side of the boiler is the furnace wall and front and rear arches, laid with refractory bricks and concrete. The outer side of the biomass boiler is made of steel frame and skin plate, and the middle is made of insulation material. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, short installation cycle, fast heating and pressure increase, sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency. The electric control cabinet is equipped with complete automatic control and detection instruments with a high degree of automation, safety and reliability, and easy operation.
